RACHAEL WILLIAMS,
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Rachael Williams began her musical journey at the Conservatori De Liceu in Barcelona, where she explored diverse musical styles from around the world. She continued her education at Berklee College of Music in Boston, earning a degree in Music Business Management with a minor in Vocal Performance. A talented multi-instrumentalist proficient in keyboard, bass, and acoustic guitar, Rachael also discovered a deep passion for mentoring young musicians through summer camps, preschool classes, and music programs. In co-founding Allegra Music Academy, Rachael brought that vision to life -- creating a space where students feel valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. Her leadership style emphasizes confidence-building, teamwork, and the belief that music extends far beyond performance

ALEX WILLIAMS, DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING

Alex Williams started playing drums at age three and gave his first public performance by age four. He expanded his repertoire through middle and high school, adding alto and tenor saxophone before graduating from Berklee College of Music in 2017 with a dual major in Music Business Management and Guitar Performance. After Berklee, Alex pursued his dream of becoming a touring musician, performing in pop, rock, and gospel at venues across the world. Beyond performing, Alex has spent over a decade teaching students of all levels -- from beginners to advanced players, children and adults alike. His real-world experience as a touring musician enriches his teaching, giving students practical insights that go far beyond the basics. At Allegra Music Academy, he brings that same energy and dedication to every student he works with.
